A Great Business Stay at the Parkway Hotel & Spa

During my recent business trip, the Parkway Hotel & Spa, chosen by my director, proved to be an excellent choice. The hotel's welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made my stay enjoyable. I appreciated the well-equipped fitness center, which allowed me to maintain my workout routine, while the indoor pool and spa offered a perfect relaxation spot after long workdays. My room was comfortable, featuring a laptop-compatible safe and a coffee maker, which made it easy to prepare for meetings. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a wide array of options, including delicious sausages and fresh porridge that gave me ample energy for the day ahead. the Parkway exceeded my expectations and provided a good business experience.

Food menu selection was limited.

Hospitable place with accommodating staff and good wi-fi. Huge rooms, thematically designed in the modern style. Brilliant location in the good area, just next door to Molly in the restaurant, Caerleon and Chepstow.

Neat rooms, a spotless bathroom.

I really enjoyed delicious food.

We ate at a nice restaurant with nice bar and restaraunt. The venue's position was central.

I thought the staff went out of there way to be very helpful.the girl on reception even got the kitchen to open for us so that we could eat before going out to a function

I loved the charming garden suites that offered a private patio for relaxation. It seemed like my own little retreat! The luxurious spa treatments were so refreshing. Plus, the extensive breakfast options were a treat every morning, with fresh made-to-order dishes that kick-started my day with energy!

Everything about the hotel was lovely the setting, staff, food would definately stay again visiting son in Cardiff not too far to commute. Had a brilliant hot stone massage

The spa was a fantastic escape, and the treatments were just what I needed after a long journey. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were very refreshing, too. Having a three-course meal was a good treat, and I enjoyed the variety of options available.

The room was super comfy and the pool area is really chill. Staff were v friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, loved the manx kippers! Had a great time relaxing after spa treatments where we felt really pampered. It was like a lovely getaway.
