Charming, charming, charming.
I loved the charming garden suites that offered a private patio for relaxation. it felt like my own little retreat! The luxurious spa treatments were so refreshing and made me feel completely pampered. Plus, the extensive breakfast options were a treat every morning, with fresh made-to-order dishes that kick-started my day with energy!

The spa was a fantastic escape, and the treatments were just what I needed after a long journey. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were very refreshing, too. Having a three-course meal was a good treat, and I enjoyed the variety of options available.

Had an amazing group vacation! We loved the canal boating and the steam railway ride. The unlimited use of the members club was a bonus. Staff were friendly, and the facilities were great. Breakfast was solid, and the rooms were cozy. A perfect spot for fun times with friends.
One issue was the service at the bar took forever. We waited quite a while for our drinks, which was frustrating at times.

i had a lovely stay at this hotel during my holidays. the facilities have improved since my last visit in newport, especially the delicious breakfast options and the inviting pool area. the garden views from my room were a peaceful surprise and truly made the experience memorable.

We enjoyed a fantastic 3-night stay in a beautiful suite with a garden view. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Cerys, who made our dining experience special. I highly recommend the Sunday lunch for its delightful atmosphere and delicious menu items. Don’t miss the local specialties!

Really enjoyed my stay. The reception area is inviting, and even though the decor's a bit old-fashioned, it has a unique charm that brings back memories of Welsh hotels. Had the carvery for dinner – perfect comfort food! Just wish the room windows sealed better. a bit chilly at night.
